Compact Server Long : automation system for optical fiber laser cutting machines

The Compact Server Long is a loading and unloading automation that enriches the range of CYLASER fiber optic laser cutting products.

The Compact Server Long allows the sheets to be loaded laterally and in total autonomy: the operation consists of a combination of suction cups, air blower and a brush that separate the sheets and an electronic system that verifies that the picking is of one and only one. sheet or, alternatively, a pack of sheets.

The sheet is moved with a suction cup system on the bench change that brings it inside the laser machine: this carries out the programmed processing.

At the end of the processing, the sheet comes out of the machine and an automatic comb system lifts the cut sheet which is deposited on a dedicated surface; at the end of the processing of all the sheets, the table moves towards the operator side which can unload it.

The Compact Server Long has the possibility to move from the bench change of the machine leaving it stand-alone, ie free from automation.
