Schlebach Quadro “Heavy Duty Series“ Board & Batten Profiling System
The machine is the youngest member in a well know family of machines.
It’s placed below the Quadro basic with existing features with an affordable pricing.
The biggest difference to the basic Quadro is that we have a special machine for just one profile, since the market needs for this particular profile are so huge that we decided to create this specialist for just one profile.
Some pictures show the use of a B&B profile on a facade.
The new Quadro Heavy Duty is the specialist when it comes to facades and cladding application.
– Based on a regular size 10-step Quadro cassette, it was removed of its flexibility in two ways:
– The cassette can’t be rotated anymore, one-sided assembly only.
– The sturdy bolt-down offers a much higher rigidity and thus improves the quality of the resulting profile.
– The machine comes with hydraulic outlet cutting for minimum length, precision cut pieces.
– The inlet was relieved of any cutting in length or width at the inlet to allow for a much more compact size.
– Offering Quadro profile quality on a smaller footprint, the size of the machine is right between the Twin and the Quadro itself.
– The small footprint allows transport on standard cargo bed of a full-size passenger truck.
– The hydraulic shear in the outlet of the machines allows the production of short panels with a high cutting quality.

As a result, the machine itself is shy of 10ft long & can be folded down to just a tad above 7ft for transport.
Tipping the scale at 2500lbs, hauling this specialist around is an easy task for smaller vehicles in transport & technicians on
site.
