The Biegeboy bending machine is designed for convex bending of profiled shapes with 90° edging, making it ideal for roofing and cladding applications on dormers, domed surfaces, and barrel-vaulted roofs. Its specialized roller system stretches edged metal near the folded-up edge, ensuring precise shaping. Longer lengths are formed directly on-site by fixing the material at one point, placing the Biegeboy on the edge fold, and guiding it along.
The machine stretches the material using pressure rollers, allowing it to conform to the substructure. The pressure can be adjusted to match different radii and material thicknesses. For shorter profiled shapes, the Biegeboy can be mounted on a stand for workshop use. It is designed for bending edged shapes with a turn-up height of 50 mm and a minimum radius of 300 mm, with the smallest radii achieved through multiple operations.
