Patented Dynamic Coil Storage System
The Intelligent Space Optimization automatically adjusts coil positions based on their actual diameter, maximizing storage efficiency. It therewith increases Storage Capacity (e.g. the system can accommodate up to 10 coils in the same space traditionally used for 8).
Being fully servo-driven with individual coil ID tracking it caters for precise and efficient movement.
The Slinet Coils Storage is Scalable & Customizable. It is expandable based on your specific production requirements.
2-Ton Coil Storage System
The standard Slinet 2-ton storage system is designed to hold eight 2-ton coils in a flexible, non-fixed layout. Thanks to dynamic positioning, the system automatically calculates the best arrangement, allowing for up to 10 coils in the same footprint.
Each coil axis has a unique ID, enabling precise tracking and positioning. The system operates fully electrically using a high-precision servo motor, ensuring seamless and efficient coil movement.
5-Ton Coil Storage System
For larger-scale operations, the Slinet 5-ton storage system offers a high-capacity, adaptable solution:
- Standard Capacity– Holds 16 coils in a double-row system.
- Expandable Design– Upgrade to a three-track system for up to 24 coils.
- Scalability– With optional length extensions, the system can be expanded to hold 40+ coils.
Like the 2-ton system, the 5-ton coil storage system dynamically adapts coil positions based on diameter, maximizing available space. Each axis has a unique ID, ensuring accurate tracking, while the system’s servo-driven electric control and integrated braking system provide precision handling and enhanced safety.
