Muratori Machines’ Integrated Working Cell is a fully automated solution designed to streamline the entire production workflow—from loading and fabrication to offloading.
A Winning Lineup for Efficiency and Precision:
Loader / Double Loader(Registered Patent)
Automated panel loading and positioning system equipped with four articulated arms and vacuum suction cups, seamlessly integrated with the Ranger CNC vacuum system.
Ranger(Registered Patent)
High-productivity CNC panel router with a vertical table, engineered for precision fabrication of architectural façade panels across a variety of materials.
Off Loader(Registered Patent)
Automated offloading system featuring a tiltable vacuum table for efficient and ergonomic transfer of processed panels.
Together, these components create a synchronized, operator-friendly workflow with accuracy, reduces manual labour, and increases overall productivity.
Highlights of the Integrated Working Cells
Optimal Automation
The Ranger CNC’s high productivity—driven by optimized tooling for various materials—is elevated even further by the integration of Loader and Off Loader.
Loader: Patented automatic panel loading and positioning system requiring no operator.
Off Loader: Patented vacuum offloading table covered with a breathable cloth for smooth panel transfer.
Together, they form a fully automated working cell (loading → machining → unloading), easily controlled by a single operator.
Greater Productivity
Automation and ergonomic design in both the Loader and Off Loader reduce operator fatigue and enable continuous, high-speed operation-boosting daily output and overall efficiency of the integrated system.
How It Works
Phase 1: Automatic Start of Offloading
The offloading process begins automatically. The Off Loader tilts upward and moves toward the Ranger CNC worktable.
Phase 2: Vacuum Transfer
The Off Loader aligns precisely with the processed panels on the Ranger. The vacuum holding system transitions from the CNC table to the Off Loader, securely capturing the panels.
Phase 3: Panel Release and Reloading
The Off Loader returns to a horizontal position and retracts. Once the safety light curtains are cleared, the Rangercommands the Loader/Feeder to position the next panel for machining. Safety systems remain active throughout the process.
Phase 4: Panel Collection
The operator can now safely collect the finished panels from the Off Loader table. A foot pedal activates the conveyor mat, bringing panels forward for easy access.
