CNCs Panel Router with Vertical Table

Ranger CNCs are machines designed and equipped to process panels made of different materials, such as solid aluminium, ACM, HPL, fibre cement and plastic, which are used in a variety of sectors, including architecture, industry, transport, interior design and visual communication.

Automatic loading and offloading systems

Patented automation for the crucial steps of loading, positioning on Work Center, and unloading machined panels enables greater efficiency and productivity, working in a continuous cycle with a single operator.

Multi-function machine for edge processing of composite panels

Alu Bender is an automatic multipurpose Milling / Bending machine to process straight edges on panels for architectural facades, transport industry, Interior Design and Visual Communication.

Automation Systems

Loader

LOADER is an automatic loader and positioner for composite and aluminium panels. It features lifting arms with suction cups, connected to the Ranger CNC’s vacuum system.

Designed for greater automation and higher productivity, the LOADER:

  • Picks up panels directly from pallets
  • Positions them on a table with the same height and angle as the Ranger CNC
  • Works fully automatically—no operator needed

With its patented system, LOADER ensures smooth, precise, and efficient panel loading every time.

Highlights of the Loader

Greater Automation
One operator is all it takes. LOADER is fully controlled from the Ranger CNC panel and can lift and load panels up to 10 meters long directly from pallets.

Greater Precision
Once LOADER lifts the panel, the Feeder system takes over, positioning it on the CNC machine with accuracy up to 0.1 mm using a sensor-guided alignment system.

Greater Productivity
LOADER and Feeder work together to load and position panels automatically, eliminating manual handling and speeding up the process.

Stronger Grip
The motorized arms with suction cups securely handle a variety of panel types, especially composite panels used in façades. The suction cups have extended reach to lift from pallet height to the CNC bed safely.

Increased Safety
Pneumatically controlled stops support the panel during detachment, preventing any risk of dropping. The panel is then guided smoothly onto the CNC table using scratch-resistant support strips and easy-glide bearings.

Better Ergonomics
LOADER and Feeder reduce physical strain on the operator, eliminate risks of panel mishandling, and keep the CNC area fully accessible.

Higher Efficiency
Control everything—arm selection, loading cycles, and suction management—directly from the CNC’s PLC. Panels can be swapped mid-cycle without interrupting machining, and smart valves handle vacuum engagement automatically.

Double Loader

Automatic Panel Loading System with Side-Entry Preference

Boost Automation and Productivity
DOUBLE LOADER is a smart, fully automatic system for loading composite panels. It features a side-loading design with 2 or 3 arms powered by brushless motors and high-precision drives.

Each arm is equipped with vacuum suction cups connected directly to the Ranger CNC’s vacuum system, ensuring a clean, secure grip and smooth panel handling.

Highlights of the Double Loader

Even greater Automation
PLC-controlled brushless motors drive the arms, enabling the panel to rotate as needed. The operator can select the loading mode—lifting, flipping, or both—based on production requirements.

Lifting Mode
Ideal for stacks where the face to be processed is facing down. The system lifts and places panels directly onto the worktable.

Flipping Mode
Perfect for stacks with the face to be processed facing up. The loader flips the panel before placing it, ensuring correct orientation.

High Productivity
DOUBLE LOADER supports all loading methods—lifting, flipping, or alternating between the two—ensuring flexibility and speed for any workflow.

Off Loader

Off Loader (Patent Pending)

The Off Loader is a vacuum-assisted table equipped with a breathable mat, mounted on a carriage that moves in and out relative to the Ranger CNC’s working table.

During operation, the Off Loader lifts and tilts until it becomes parallel with the Ranger table. It then advances to collect all processed panels. As it makes contact, a series of valves are activated, engaging the vacuum system to securely capture the panels. Simultaneously, the vacuum on the Ranger table is released.

Once the panels are secured, the Off Loader retracts and returns to a horizontal position. When fully flat, the operator can activate the mat via foot pedal, smoothly feeding the panels to the pick-up area.

With the processed panels cleared, the Ranger is ready to automatically load the next panel, previously staged by the patented Loader system.

Highlights of the Off Loader

Greater Automation
The Off Loader enables fully automatic panel unloading without the need for operator intervention. The vacuum table lifts and tilts until it aligns with the Alu Ranger’s worktable, then advances to make contact with the machined panels—still held in place by the Ranger’s vacuum system.

Greater Productivity
Its built-in automation and ergonomic design reduce operator fatigue and support a faster workflow, significantly boosting daily output and operational efficiency.

  • Loader: Patented automatic panel loading and positioning system requiring no operator.
  • Off Loader: Patented vacuum offloading table covered with a breathable cloth for smooth panel transfer.
Together, they form a fully automated working cell (loading → machining → unloading), easily controlled by a single operator.

Greater Productivity

Automation and ergonomic design in both the Loader and Off Loader reduce operator fatigue and enable continuous, high-speed operation-boosting daily output and overall efficiency of the integrated system.

How It Works

Phase 1: Automatic Start of Offloading

The offloading process begins automatically. The Off Loader tilts upward and moves toward the Ranger CNC worktable.

Phase 2: Vacuum Transfer

The Off Loader aligns precisely with the processed panels on the Ranger. The vacuum holding system transitions from the CNC table to the Off Loader, securely capturing the panels.

Phase 3: Panel Release and Reloading

The Off Loader returns to a horizontal position and retracts. Once the safety light curtains are cleared, the Ranger commands the Loader/Feeder to position the next panel for machining. Safety systems remain active throughout the process.

Phase 4: Panel Collection

The operator can now safely collect the finished panels from the Off Loader table. A foot pedal activates the conveyor mat, bringing panels forward for easy access.
