Automatic multipurpose edge milling/bending machine for architectural panels

STANDARD EQUIPEMENT
• Operation controlled by PLC with display for messages on machine use and maintenance
• Panels that can be processed:
– (BENDING ONLY*): a min 3 mm – max 30 mm, length min 120 mm, width min 110 mm.
* Previously processed on a CNC machining centre.

– (MILLER AND BENDER): Aluminum composites with PE core and mineral core* milling and bending): min 3 mm – max 6 mm (minimum skin 0.3 mm – max 0.5 mm), length min 120 mm,
width min 110 mm. (*special milling tool – OPT – required)
– Aluminum honeycomb composites (milling and bending):
min 6 mm – max 25 mm (minimum skin 0.5 mm – max 1.0 mm), length min 120 mm, width min 110 mm

– HPL high-pressure laminates (only milling):
min 6 mm – max 12 mm, length min 120 mm, width min 110 mm (additional option required)
• Chain-feed for panels (track) with slides with rubber pads, speed variable from 2 to 6 m/min
• Upper bar with two rows of rubber wheels adjustable in height for panels min 3 to max 30 mm, with numerical indicator
• Infeed fence adjustable from 0 to 30 mm with numerical indicator for the alignment of panels on the bending line of the rollers

• MILLING UNIT T1 includes:
Nr.1 Vertical Motor (ø20 mm shaft) T1 1,8 kW – 200 Hz – 12.000 RPM
Nr. 1 Cutterhead Leitz Z10 0° in HM (hole ø20 mm)

• MILLING UNIT T2 includes:
Nr.1 Horizontal Motor (ø20 mm shaft) T1 1,8 kW – 200 Hz – 12.000 RPM
Nr. 1 Cutterhead Leitz Z10 0° in HM (hole ø20 mm)

• Bending unit Nr. 10 rollers adjustable from 0° to 92° for progressive bending
• Extensible front support with small rollers for large panels
• Openable rear closure with suction outlet ø 120 mm (Dust collection unit and hose not included)
• Clean contact for automatic start of a dust extractor (equipped with automatic start) Compatible with every RL dust extractor.
