    Description

    High Throughout CNC Panel Router with Vertical Table For Architectural Panels
    The VGROOVE series has been designed and equipped to process composite aluminum panels for the fabrication of architectural façades.
    With the correct choice of tools and optional extras, it is possible to also process solid aluminum panels (max 10 mm in an alloy suitable for processing), fireproof aluminum composite panels “MINERAL CORE”, HPL, fiber cement and plastic for facades, interior design and visual communication.
    The machine can process different types of panels by using the adequate tools, rotation speed, the right feeding speed and lubrication when processing. Please consult the specifications of the panels and tools manufacturers. The possibility to execute high-speed V-shaped fabrications with the powerful and independent V-GROOVE unit, allows reaching high daily production of cassettes for architectural facades. The machine can be equipped with loading and unloading systems to further increase daily productivity.

    6321 VGroove 6.300×2.100 mm (20’ 8’’x6’ 11’’) divided in 8 zones with MDF sacrificial board
    – 2 vacuum pumps 250 m3/h (Made in Germany)
    – 32 vacuum zone combinations for rapid selection according to ACM panel
    – 9 Origin pop-ups bearing stops, for easy panel sliding: Axis X 1 and Axis Y 8
    – Automatic reduction of the vacuum managed by the control panel, (PATENTED), which allows the detachment of the machined pieces, granting maximum precision and sealing in case further machining are required.
    – Semi-automatic selection of vertical vacuum zones from control panel
    – Rapid manual selection of horizontal vacuum zones according to panel size (1.000–1.250–1.575 mm) (39’’-50’’-62’’)
    – Pneumatic control of end stops with safety sensor connected to PLC
    • Axis “X” movement with closed bridge technology (Gantry)
    – Double synchronized motorization and movement speed up to 50 m/min (1969 IPM)
    – Tilted toothed gear rack, hardened and rectified with automatic lubrication
    – Rectified and tilted toothed pinion. Connected on the motorization axis. (Made in Japan)

    – HSD Electro-spindle, 8 kW, ISO 30 cone, Speed rotation up to 24.000 RPM
    – Suction hood with automatic position control for maximum cleaning both with flute tool and aggregate (PATENTED).
    – Max transfer speed (rapid): axes “X” 50 m/1′, “Y” 30 m/1′, “Z” 10 m/1′ (1969 IPM – 1181 IPM – 394 IPM) – Max. transfer speed when processing with flute tools supplied on ACM with PE core: axes “X” and “Y” from 10 to 16 m/min, axis “Z” 4 m/min (394 IPM to 630 IPM – 157 IPM)
    – TC6 Tools magazine with 6 positions for automatic tool changing – Automatic tools’ storage with 3 slots on table side for ISO30 cones with presence sensor

    – Max translation speed when processing with V-GROOVE cutterhead discs and the blades supplied on demand on ACM panels with PE core: axes “X” 50 m/1′, (1969 IPM) – “Y” 30 m/1′ (1181 IPM)
    – Automatic spray mist lubrication on V-Groove unit for solid aluminum panels or honeycomb panels.

Compressed air system must be proportioned (compressor, tank and dimensioning of the hoses for the connection) for a proper functioning of the machine; recommended 7 bar (100 PSI) pressure.
