Automatic knife adjustment
With the up to 8-automatic knife adjustment, and a wide variety of
blanks can be processed quickly and easily without having to
manually adjust the knives.

Strong knife shaft
The knife shaft with a diameter of 125 mm guarantees perfect
cutting results. The cutting quality of the slit strip is improved by
the large outer diameter!

Automatic cutting gap and cutting depth adjustment
The slitting knifes can be adjusted individual to each material
with cutting gap and cutting depth adjustment. The once
entered values are then always automatically adopted for the
respective material and thus ensure an optimal slitting cut of the
highest quality across a wide variety of materials.

Clamping system
Thanks to the innovative clamping system, the knives are
precisely positioned and fixed.

Cross cut
The cross-section is made using roller shears. The large roller
knives are grinded on both sides and can be turned. The
integrated cutting gap and overlap adjustment ensures the best
material-related cutting results.

Pneumatic guide line
The pneumatic side alignment adapts individually to the width of the sheet and thus guarantees perfect guidance to the zero
line. The width alignment aligns itself automatically. Manual
cranking is not necessary. This makes the coil change process
even faster and easier.
