- Cut-to-Length Unit– Ensures precise cutting with minimal setup time.
- Automated 4-Roll Straightening Unit(optional) – Enhances material quality.
- Fully Automated Coil Storage System(optional) – Streamlines production and connects seamlessly with Variobend Automation.
With up to 8 fully automated knife settings, the Slinet S 1.5 allows for fast, precise slitting, while its revolutionary bottom-up cross-cut system eliminates surface scratches, setting a new standard in the industry.
AUTOMATED KNIFE ADJUSTMENT
Up to 8 automatically positioned knife pairs, eliminating manual adjustments and resulting in fast and easy blank production for profiles and flashings.
Precision Clamping System
Innovative clamping mechanism locks and positions knives securely and accurately.
Brick Cutting (Optional)
Optimizes material usage by minimizing waste strips.
Slinet Invention “Bottom-Up Cross Cut”
Unlike traditional top-down cutting, the roll-knife system cuts from the bottom up
eliminating material scratches during handling, as cut edges are facing upward instead of downward.
Advanced Drive System
Parallel axis control with advanced servo technology for precise, dynamic movements while fully electric operation ensures efficiency and sustainability.
4-Roll Automated Straightening Unit (Optional)
Automatically switches between convex and concave straightening for superior results.
Automatic Sheet Positioning
Automatically adjusts sheet widths from 200 mm to 1250 mm via foot switch.
Extra-hardened low-abrasion side guides for improved longevity and accuracy.
Slinet Label Printer (Optional)
Minimize errors with a barcode label printer that networks with your production system and
print profile names, order numbers, and barcodes for seamless scanning.
Up to 9 labels can be applied simultaneously, enhancing workflow efficiency.
