- High-performance slitting and cross-cutting system with guillotine shear and integrated straightening unit for strip widths of 1,250 mm and 1,500 mm

Alternatively, the machine can be changed to be controlled from the right side (default operator side is left).
ADDITIONAL PAIRED BLADES
Additional cutting rings: The standard set of 4 paired blades can be extended to a max. of 10 pairs of blades (depending on material).
DOUBLE GUIDE ROLLER TO FEED THE MATERIAL GENTLY
A pair of guide rollers can be installed in front of the intake to feed material to the slitting machine. This can prevents damage to the material (e.g., bending of the strip material).
PROTECTIVE FOIL COATER SFB (NOT DRIVEN)
The protective film extention unit is designed to unwind a self-adhesive protective film while applying it to the top surface of material while being processed.
FEED TABLE (LIFTABLE)
Support table for inconvenient material. The stainless steel platform can be lifted (pneumatically with 8 bar working pressure) and is controlled by the central PLC unit of the system.
RUN-OUT TABLE
Stainless steel table surface for receiving panels after cutting. Four heavy duty castors (two with lock breaks) ensureing high stability while manoeuvring the cut material around the workshop. Mechanic swivelling hooks are used to attach the table to the machine while magnetic safety switches verify the correct position of it.
DECOILER AH1250A1 (ONLY MULTICUT 1250)
A robust decoiler designed for metal coils with a maximum weight of 1,000 kg and a maximum coil width of 1,250 mm.
