CONTINUOUSLY RUBBER-COATED FEED ROLLERS (POLISHED FINISH)

To improve the passage of sensitive material continuously rubber-coated feed rollers can be installed, prevent transportation marks on the material.

 

ADDITIONAL PAIRED BLADES

Additional cutting rings: The standard set of 4 paired blades can be extended to a max. of 10 pairs of blades (depending on material).

 

DOUBLE GUIDE ROLLER TO FEED THE MATERIAL GENTLY

A pair of guide rollers can be installed in front of the intake to feed material to the slitting machine. This can prevents damage to the material (e.g., bending of the strip material).

 

3 ROLLER DRAG-STRAIGHTENING UNIT RIA3 (NOT DRIVEN)

The 3 reel drag-straightening unit can be rotated by 180° and is developed to straighten the coil memory of strip material being uncoiled from the bottom or the top. The target straightening position is easily adjusted by a pressure controller.

 

REINFORCED 3 ROLLER DRAG-STRAIGHTENING UNIT RIA3S (NOT DRIVEN)

A reinforced 3 reel drag-straightening attachment rotates up to 180° and is designed to straighten the coil memory of strip material being uncoiled (either from the bottom or the top). The needed straightening position can easily be adjusted by a pressure controller. The material is fed automatically and gently by double guide rollers attached in front of the unit.

 

6 ROLL STRAIGHTENING UNIT IN A DRIVEN DESIGN (STANDALONE MACHINE)

The 6 roller straightening extension consists of 3 independently adjustable pairs of rollers. Each designed for precise straightening of strip or sheet material. This straightening unit can be used as a stand-alone or be integrated into the production line.

 

PROTECTIVE FOIL UNWINDER SFB (NOT DRIVEN)

The protective film extention unit is designed to unwind a self-adhesive protective film while applying it to the top surface of material while being processed.

 

DECOILER AH1250A1

A robust decoiler designed for metal coils with a maximum weight of 1,000 kg and a maximum coil width of 1,250 mm.

  • Durable Construction: Built with a welded frame for stability.
  • Adjustable Mandrel: Continuously adjustable ball-bearing-mounted mandrel with centre adjustment.
  • Flexible Clamping Range:
    • Standard: 280 mm – 530 mm inner coil diameter
    • Optional: Up to 650 mm inner coil diameter
  • Manual Braking System: Prevents overtravel of the metal coil.
  • Mobility & Stability:
    • Equipped with four swivelling castors for easy transport.

DECOILER AH1250K5

A decoiler designed for metal coils with a maximum weight of 5,000 kg and a maximum coil width of 1,250 mm. The decoiler features a highly durable welded frame and a mandrel with continuous adjustability on ball bearings, including centre adjustment. The clamping range accommodates inner coil diameters from 380 mm to 530 mm. A standard braking system ensures controlled metal coil movement, preventing overtravel.

 

DECOILER AH-PFL

A pneumatic clamping decoiler for metal coils with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg and a maximum coil width of 800 mm. The decoiler features a sturdy, welded base frame and a pneumatically operated floating mandrel (6 bar working pressure). Due to its one-sided floating support, the decoiler can be easily loaded from the front using a forklift or crane. The clamping range covers an inner coil diameter from 380 mm to 420 mm. Support plates included with the unit extend the mandrel’s clamping range to 480 mm to 520 mm. The maximum allowable outer coil diameter is 1,100 mm. A pneumatic brake ensures the metal coil doesn’t overrun. Four pneumatic cylinders allow the castors to be extended for manual movement. When retracted, the decoiler rests on four stands, securely preventing it from rolling.
